Well I’ve completed the first half of my 2 part Real Estate course (Fundamentals). I took the final exam earlier this week and barely passed it. My midterm score brought me up into a comfortable B-. To be honest, the final exam was more difficult than I thought it was going to be.
Now I’m half-way through my second part (Georgia Real Estate Practice). After this section is complete, I’ll take the final for it, and if I pass the course, I’ll be eligible to take the Georgia exam. Then, if I pass that exam too, I’ll be licensed to sell your house.
I’m not really all that interested in being a Real Estate Agent. I mostly want access to MLS, and want to save money when I eventually buy and sell properties for investment purposes.
That said, I won’t turn down any listings. If you need to sell a house, hit me up.
