So I finally got up the nerve to move almost all of my savings into a brokerage account. I created an E-Trade account and moved a pretty hefty chunk of cash into it. I bought about 100 shares of Apple Inc. (APPL) and the balance of my cash went to Vanguard 500 index fund (VFIAX). The market fluctuations make me nervous. I don’t like to see my account have less money in it than it did the day before. I find myself obsessively logging into my account 4 or 5 times a day to check on the balance, and to see what my stocks are doing.
Anyhow, I’m almost halfway through my Real Estate Course. I passed my mid-term of the first section with somewhere around an 85% score. I could do better if I applied myself, but that’s always been my deal. Getting my first Covid vaccination tomorrow.
