Secured Second Shot.

Well I ended up calling the Fulton County Health Board to schedule my second shot. It went down yesterday at the College Park Convention Center.

The whole thing took literally 20 minutes (including the 15 minutes they recommend you wait after the injection). Within 5 minutes of walking in the door, there was a needle in my arm.

I’m super excited that in 2 weeks, I’ll be considered to be completely vaccinated. There’s a lot of activities I’d like to resume (like my weekly Trivia Night). I know the CDC still has some recommendations around continuing to social distance and wear masks, and I’ll follow those. Now if only the rest of America could just go get vaccinated (when they can) so we can reach herd immunity, I’d be a happy camper.
