Holiday magic

So I now officially have my Real Estate Salesperson license. It’s in an Inactive state because I haven’t selected a brokerage to ‘hang my license’ at. Basically, to make Real Estate transactions in Georgia, you must be associated with some brokerage. I have chosen an online company called EXP Realty to be my broker, but I haven’t completed the steps yet needed to actually make that happen. I wanted to get a few more ducks in a row first before I actually started laying out money to get the business rolling. Like, I want to wait till after the first of the year for tax purposes. I need to get a business license. I need to set up a new website for the business and to get things like email servers/CRMs etc. in place. There’s lots to do, but I’ll manage 🙂
