So I started Occupational Therapy today for my left wrist. As some of you might remember, I fractured it during my motorcycle accident in May. As a result, I had to have the scaphoid bone in that wrist “Affixed” by having a screw surgically implanted in it.
Now that I’m 6 weeks out from surgery, it was time to start the therapy. I’ve got to do stretches each day. The therapist wants me to attend 2 weekly sessions. Who the hell has time for that? Thankfully, my insurance is paying for the therapy. Who could afford it otherwise?
